This course will cover:

  • Importance of patient records and documentation and how they may be used in the future
  • Practical guidance on excellent record keeping
  • Assisting your staff in producing unfamiliar documents, including statements, with confidence
  • 5-minute appraisal system to maintain accurate record keeping
    Basic oral evidence presentation skills

Who should attend?

This course is aimed at psychiatrists and managers who are responsible for the accurate production, storage and handling of patient information.
